From March 2 until March 6, State Farm hosted Black Enterprise’s “Women of Power” Summit in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During the four-day executive leadership summit, famous and heavyweight women from all around the nation attended to give talks and present their accomplishments, such as Judy Smith. Judy Smith worked under President H.W. Bush as the crisis manager, special assistant, and deputy press secretary. She was so influential that she inspired the main character of the TV show “Scandal”, Olivia Pope. This is one of the many influential speeches that will be given at the summit, a way to boost the confidence, independence and courage of women across the world.
