After Donald Trumps offensive statements against Mexican immigrants, many major companies have distanced themselves from the Presidential Candidate. Macy’s, NBC, Nascar, Serta, the PGA have all dropped Trump, and most recently, PVH Corp. As the second largest licensor in the world, they are responsible for apparel lines such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Speedo. They also had Trump’s Signature Collection dress shirt line under their belt since 2004, which did moderately well, until his racist remarks surfaced on June 16th. “We are in the process of winding down this business. The license agreement was scheduled to run through 2018.” A spokesperson told Forbes on Tuesday. Even despite all the backlash Trump has received, he is sticking by his words, and has no hard feelings about losing PVH Corp.
