The Fader Magazine x Captiv8 Promotions

The Fader is a New York-based music magazine launched in 1999 by Rob Stone and Jon Cohen. The magazine documents a range of emerging music, style and pop culture. It was the first print publication to be released on iTunes and has been credited to exposing top artists such as Kanye West, Bon Iver, The Strokes, and Drake. The magazine is gaining more and more recognition, especially with December’s upcoming magazine cover star, Zayn Malik. 

Captiv8 Promotions worked with The Fader Magazine to create merchandise for their online store. We customized the following products with The Fader logo: tote bags, t-shirts, pens, stickers, and USB sticks. Each of these products are being sold online. Captiv8 advised The Fader that these products would be good promotional products since each product has a large imprint space, practical use, and self-promotional qualities. For instance, the USB plugged into a library computer already catches wondering eyes, along with spotting a Fader tote on the subway.
