Let’s all take a quick flashback to the 30’s, when we reached the worst of all stock market crashes, the Yankees won the world series five times, we tried Twinkies for the first time and we met Bonnie and Clyde. Or the 1940’s, when we endured the tragedy of the Pearl Harbor bombing, the first black baseball player was signed, and Frank Sinatra began filling homes. And now the 1950’s, to when highways were first being built, Elvis made history, and again the NY Yankees dominated. And to the 60’s, when Martin Luther King Jr. was bowed down to, President Kennedy was assassinated, Apollo 8 allowed man to orbit the earth for the first time, and Neil Armstrong walked the moon.
And then we stop at the 1970’s because that is the time period we are living in through Reminisce, when the Bee Gee’s is our jam, the invention of the lava lamp, Charlie’s Angels, and Saturday Night Fever with John Travolta filled our homes. Reminisce has been rated one of America’s top rated and best selling nostalgia magazines, taking every reader back in time to each of the time periods above. The magazine itself is very reader-based, as in they’re very apt to taking fitted stories from their readers.
Captiv8 and Reminisce designed and created this graphic tote to draw attention to the concept of the magazine. Since it was the milk-delivery era, and milk came in glass bottles rather than plastic cartons, Captiv8 designed a custom glass. Let Captiv8 know if your company can use promotional products like these ones to go along with a designated theme!
