CBRE worked with Vulcan Real Estate, another real estate management company that directs all real estate investment activities for Vulcan Inc., to sell Vulcan Real Estate’s 2201 Westlake. 2201 Westlake is a commercial building in Seattle, Washington with a distinct modern-architectural design. Vulcan Real Estate sold 2201 Westlake to American Realty Advisors, which is another real estate investment management company.
